The annex contains an apartment with a large bedroom, an ensuite shower room, and a living area with a kitchenette.

This villa is available for seasonal rental on a weekly or bi-weekly basis during July, August, and April 2026.
The weekly price includes linens, towels, and final cleaning, excluding the tourist tax and security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded within 15 days after your stay, provided no damage is found.
It is possible to pay the rental amount in 2 or 3 installments, with the final payment due 60 days before arrival.
